After coming to Beaufort in the early ’80’s with the Marine Corps, Scott has been involved in Beaufort real estate since 1987. Active in the community, the Beaufort County Association of Realtors, and in his church, Scott has a wealth of experience in all kinds of markets.
His biggest joy is helping the kids and grandkids of folks he helped years before.
With a focus on residential resales, Scott also has experience with property management, new construction and development, and land sales. Scott has also served as a receiver for bankruptcy courts and during the RTC meltdown. Of course, no one escaped the last recession without experience with short sales and foreclosures.
Scott has also served as a Director and is currently the President of the Beaufort County Association of Realtors.
Scott has earned the CRS designation, earned by less than 3% of all Realtors.

Husband of Sue Bingham for over 31 years, Scott has three children, one if which has graduated from USCB and is living on Lady’s Island. Scott’s son is a rising junior at the Citadel and his youngest daughter will start her college career in Chicago fall of 2015.
An avid bicyclist, Scott is planning the bike he’s going to buy after 10 years of of college tuition!! He tries to ride about 100 miles a week, and is looking to ride his first Century ride soon.
