A close knit community, it is about 80% built out, and offers a community dock for the use of residents who join the voluntary HOA.

It is one of the few newer subdivisions that offer a third of an acre or so lot with a good sized home.  Most of the homes are around 2000 sqft or more, most with brick and or hardiplank siding, and almost all have a two car garage.

The prices generally run from the high $200's to near $600,000 for waterfront homes.  

I love selling in this neighborhood!  If we were to more, this would probably be the place we would more to.  Great demographics... everything from grandparents to babies.
